The joy this project has brought is unbelievable. We’ve lived with it now for a few months and I was having trouble finding the words to express a snapshot of what happened here. But I want people to know this was a great experience. First of all the Dwell Well group is a and quot;Team.and quot; There is respect and expertise throughout and each person we met seemed as excited about their part of the remodel as we were.

They came when they said they would, finished on time (important as our tenant didn’t have the use of the kitchen while they were working on it; they said one week and they stuck to it, even staying until after 6 PM one day to finish). They did a beautiful job, great attention to detail, and even

These men did an excellent job. They came out and gave us a bid with several options for us to consider. There was no hard sell or rush. We took their advice and the job done was great. i will recommend them to anyone who need a recommendation. They will do the back bedrooms next year. We are very pleased with their work and professionalism

Installed the vinyl first. Took 2 days. Very precise work. They didn’t cut any corners until the last seam. It went across the wood grain, and I didn’t like it. They came back, took another look, and said “You’re right, it should have been done differently. We will order more vinyl and re-install the poorly-seamed piece correctly.” Which they did, at their expense. They didn’t ask for the balance of their money until they knew that I was satisfied. The only “problem”, if you could call it that, was that they were consistently about an hour later than their projected arrival, but once we realized that, we didn’t expect them as early as they said. Carpeting installation went well, with no problems

Having a clear and comprehensive contract protects your interests and helps avoid potential disputes during or after the project.

How do I find a reliable flooring contractor in Ajo, Arizona?

Start by researching local directories, online resources, and asking for recommendations from friends and neighbors. Look for testimonials and reviews from previous clients to gauge a contractor's reputation. It's essential to choose a licensed and insured contractor with relevant experience in handling flooring projects similar to yours.

What should be included in a flooring contract?

A well-drafted flooring contract should include project specifics, such as the scope of work, materials to be used, project timeline, payment schedule, and any warranties or guarantees. It should also outline the responsibilities of both parties and include provisions for potential changes or unforeseen circumstances.

How do I negotiate terms with a flooring contractor?

During negotiations, clearly communicate your expectations and requirements for the project. Be open to compromise while ensuring that essential aspects, such as materials and timeline, meet your needs. Seek clarification on any ambiguous points, and don't hesitate to ask for revisions to the contract until you're comfortable with the terms.

Is insurance important when hiring a flooring contractor?

Can I make changes to the flooring contract after it's been signed?
