G n M always have been very punctual , they work hard and don’t take long breaks, rarely taking a break at all. They believe in getting in and getting the job done. I am thankful for the day I met G n M in the Lowes parking lot and ask if they would come give me an estimate on taking down a wall in our home. Ten years later G n M are still taking care of all our work need

We went to Kino Floors July 17, 2013 to select tile for our flooring project. Kino’s is always a welcoming, warm business to visit. Cindy Fletcher is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and not at all pushy about anything. I’ve always enjoyed doing business with them. Working with the Fletcher’s is also nice because we enjoy a very bright color palette and Cindy and Dale are never judgemental about our selections. We decided on the same tile my husband put in our hallway bath.

Installed the vinyl first. Took 2 days. Very precise work. They didn’t cut any corners until the last seam. It went across the wood grain, and I didn’t like it. They came back, took another look, and said “You’re right, it should have been done differently. We will order more vinyl and re-install the poorly-seamed piece correctly.” Which they did, at their expense. They didn’t ask for the balance of their money until they knew that I was satisfied. The only “problem”, if you could call it that, was that they were consistently about an hour later than their projected arrival, but once we realized that, we didn’t expect them as early as they said. Carpeting installation went well, with no problems
