For tile work the job was very poor. Had the first crew tear up their first two attempts at installation, asked them to fix the issues (crooked lines, excessive lippage, chipped tile) and they constantly tried to get me to accept a very poor job. Finally let them finish and it was very poor. Made them come back and replace all 850 SqFt with a new crew. Not as bad but still a poor job. Had them replace many tiles, grout was poor made them come back multiple times to fix grout and lippage issues. They were messy and careless with the property. They finally wore me out I still have a fair to poor installation but I’m glad to never see them again. This took many months. If you use these people be sure to visit the website for ceramictilefoundation.org/blog to be able to recognize a bad job. The Registrar of Contractors may also be necessary. This company does not care about the job only what they can get you to accept

Nick installed new flooring and baseboards to our entire home, including kitchen, bathrooms and closets. He is meticulous in his work. We have rounded corners on our doorways and he made it look amazing. We were unsure about types of flooring and he gave us great suggestions, to improve the look of our home. In addition, Nick is so nice and responsive. I highly recommend him

Andy Grandillas came highly recommended to me through an individual in the business. . There are so many good things to say about Andy: his professionalism, his experience, his timeliness, knowledge of his craft and his easy going demeanor speak volumes. He promptly responded to my request for an estimate, and was thorough in his explanation of the project and costs from beginning to end. Any changes or modifications were discussed thoroughly, and I was kept advised as to all progress to completion. I would not hesitate to utilize the services of Andy Grandillas in the future. I highly recommend Andy to anyone who is in need of a quality, professional tile installation

The workers were very professional and did an excellent job in removing rugs and installing new vinyl laminate and cleaning up. The office kept us updated when the flooring was delayed a few days. Our floors have a fresh, clean look and we love it!
