It didn’t go at all. The receptionist told me that they would call me to set up a time to do an evaluation and provide a quote. I called about a week later to see what the hold up was and she told me they were waiting to get enough requests in the area so they could do them together to save on fuel cost. I was understanding and too this date I haven’t heard from them. I felt that they felt the job was to small and they didn’t want to bother

I had tile and carpet installed by Lowes and it was horrible. It took them about 5 weeks from start to finish. They got grout on the surface of the tile (and in ALL the tile imperfections e.g. divots on surface). I told them about it and gave them about it in week 2 and in week 5 they “fixed it”; there is still grout everywhere, they didn’t fix anything. They poured the excess grout onto my front yard and left it there for 3 weeks after I asked them to remove it. I can see EVERY SINGLE seam where 2 pieces of carpet meet. I brought this to their attention and they said, “well no matter what, you are going to see the seams”. We all know that with really fluffy NEWLY INSTALLED carpet, I shouldn’t be able to see the seams for 10-15 years. The contracted installer could speak any horrible english at best. I received no (‘promised’ by Lowes) follow up calls from the contracted installer OR Lowes. I went to Lowes to complain about my dissatisfaction and requested to speak with the store manager (because I just spent $4300.00 doing business with them) and he deferred me to just another ‘installation representative’. When I talked to the installation representative she said it’s going to take 3 days to get someone out to my house to look at the work. She said 1 of 2 things were going to happen, 1. They will give us a small discount. or 2. They will give us a full refund and rip all their work out. I explained to them how my wife and 2 yr old daughter have been living out of my friends living room for the past 5 weeks waiting for Lowes to get their crap together and they didn’t care at all. They are fine with completely dissatisfying their customers. I WILL NOT buy as much as a single bottle of water from that store now

When we went to Big Bobs to pick out material we were very concerned with the high heat in the home during the summer and what it would do to the new flooring material. The sales man assured us that this high end product would not be a problume. The instolation was done by two guys, one in each bathroom. After they were done there were gaps around the door casings and base boards. Not a very professional job. They did come back and repaired the problum areas. After the first summer the LVT liped (came apart) on the ends. They came out again and glued the ends that had come apart. This didn’t work because after the 2nd summer we had many more bad locations. They were going to come out and glue the bad ends again but after many phone calls they changed there mind and offered to replace the LVT with new sheet goods at no cost to us. The new floor is in now and were happy with it. We will not be using Big Bobs again because the misleading sales job, the pour installation of the LVT, and the attempt to put a bandaid on the problem. I’m giving them average ratings because in the end we have two complete bathroom floors that look good and the problumes were solved

I have absolutely no complaints. I LOVE MY GIRLCAVE! These guys worked very hard; were incredibly thoughtful and courteous; and, listened to me as I had to work through notes, at times, since I was working. Which brings up another topic: I trusted them to be in my home without me there–totally trusted him and his crew

It went very well. Javier and Fabian worked well together and were very professional, answering any questions we had along the way. They would explain why they did some things and showed us what was necessary to accomplish a nice looking floor. They were whistling, humming, singing or laughing as they worked which is a good sign. We didn’t hear any grumbling. The floor is lovely and we are very pleased with the whole procedure which went very smooth. Our only complaint is that we’re always told not to pay the total up front but this company requires full payment first, That seems to be a poor policy to us
